Ella Langley and Riley Green have won an ACM Award — together! The two won the ACM Award for Visual Media of the Year, for their “You Look Like You Love Me” video. The song is from Langley’s freshman Hungover album released last August.
Langley and Green were given the news while performing together at Country Thunder, by Reba McEntire.
“Hey there all you crazy Country Thunder fans … I’m sorry to interrupt but I’ve got some good news,” McEntire says in a video. “‘You Look Like You Love Me’ has won the ACM for Visual Media of the Year. Congratulations to Ella and Riley.”
“The music video was so fun to shoot,” Langley says, admitting shock that it was McEntire who delivered the news.

Langley is heading into the ACM Awards as the most-nominated artist, with eight nominations. She already won the ACM Award for New Female Artist of the Year, with Miranda Lambert delivering the news of her first ACM Award to Langley.
“Every day of my life, I’ve prayed about this and thought about it,” Langley said through tears, reflecting on her first win. “Literally, everything I’ve ever done was to do this. I’m so grateful for the team I have around me. I’m just really grateful to have fans that are listening to the music, and see that it is truth, and that I’m just a real life human being going through life like the rest of everyone else. To see that the things that I go through is something that everyone else goes through. But this is … thank you.”
Langley and Green already released “Don’t Mind If I Do,” her first duet with Riley Green, which also became Langley’s first No. 1 last year.
“I’ve been a big fan of Ella Langley for a long time,” Green reveals. “We met through a mutual friend, and I was kind of in as soon as I heard her voice and her twang, and how country she sounded, and also that she loved what I would call traditional country music. And then also, she’s from Alabama, so I kind of was pulling for her anyway. So, I was very fortunate to get her on tour.”
“You Look Like You Love Me” also won a CMA Award for Musical Event of the Year, came after their first “Don’t Mind If I Do” duet, when they were already on Green’s Ain’t My Last Rodeo Tour.
“‘You Like You Love Me’ happened, which is something that I don’t think any of us had any idea about,” Green says. “I heard the song through our mutual friend. Ella played it for me some, and I wrote a verse for it, and it just became this giant hit song.”
McEntire will return for the second year in a row to host the 2025 ACM Awards. The 2025 ACM Awards will air live on Prime Video from Ford Center at The Star in Frisco, Texas on Thursday, May 8 at 8:00 PM ET. A very limited number of tickets are still available at SeatGeek.
