Luke Bryan and Jason Aldean are co-headlining a show. The two country music superstars announce their joint concert at Sanford Stadium at the University of Georgia on April 25, 2026. The show marks the first concert since 2013, and only second concert ever, to be held inside the venue. Aldean headlined the only other show at Sanford Stadium, when he was on his Night Train Tour.
Bryan and Aldean will be joined by Zach Top and Lauren Alaina, plus DJ Rock and Dee Jay Silver.
“Playing Sanford Stadium in 2013 was one of the biggest highlights of my career,” Aldean says. “I couldn’t be more excited to co-headline it this time with my buddy Luke Bryan. Luke and I have talked for years about wanting to do another show in Athens, and finally the stars have aligned for us to be able to do it. This one’s gonna be something people haven’t seen before…..WE PROMISE YA!”
“Growing up going to Sanford Stadium was always a highlight of the year for me, and I can’t believe I get to go back as a co-headliner with one of my best friends and play this iconic place,” adds Bryan. “Aldean and I have been talking about putting on a unique show together for a few years and to be able to do that in our home turf is incredible. I am so grateful to continue to have these opportunities and to keep being able to have so much fun at this life. This is going to be way up there on the list for me!”
Luke Bryan and Jason Aldean’s Close Friendship
Bryan and Aldean are both from Georgia, and both got started in country music around the same time. They’ve both also had at least 30 No. 1 hits. Although they could be competitors, the two have always been close friends instead.
“Luke and I both came up in this town together and we totally could have been enemies, rivals, but instead we became best friends,” Aldean said when honoring Bryan at the 2024 ACM Honors (via Country Now). “And over the years, I’ve watched him give 100 percent to whatever he does, especially when it comes to helping others.”
Aldean also praises Bryan for their friendship, which has been strong for more than two decades.
“I think Luke and I came up in this business together,” Aldean says. “And we’ve been there for each other [during] some of the biggest moments of our career and just struck up a friendship almost 20 years ago that, you know, [is] still going strong,” Jason tells the press.
“When my career blew up, he was on tour with me and watched it happen,” he adds. “A couple of years later, his career blew up and he was on tour with us and I got to watch that happen for him.”
