Blake Shelton Reveals 2026 Touring Plans

Blake Shelton recently announced he is heading back to Las Vegas in 2026, for his Live in Vegas residency. And according to Shelton, that will be fans’ only chance to see him next year.

“Vegas is right around the corner, and these are my only headline shows in 2026. I’m not kidding, I’m being serious,” Shelton says in a video shared on social media. “It’s my only headline concerts. They’re going to be at the Colosseum at Caesars Palace. Don’t miss it. Don’t mess this up. Don’ t miss out on tickets. Come party with me at the Colosseum this January.”

In August, Shelton announced he was returning to Las Vegas for another run of shows.

“We had so much fun earlier this year, I figured—why not do it again,” Shelton says. “This time we’re gonna do it more country, with more cocktails, and probably make a few more questionable decisions. Let’s go, Vegas.”

Blake Shelton’s Current Single, “Stay Country or Die Tryin’”

Shelton currently has a Top 25 hit with “Stay Country or Die Tryin’.” The song is the second single from his For Recreational Use Only album, out in May.

“When I heard ‘Stay Country or Die Tryin’,’ it took me back to the first time I heard ‘Ol’ Red’ or ‘God’s Country,’” says Shelton. “It’s full of energy and packed with those sayings and moments that feel like home to me. I love singing this one live—it’s a blast.”

“Stay Country or Die Tryin’” was written by Drew Parker, Graham Barham, Sam Ellis, and Beau Bailey. For Shelton, it was a way for him to honor the country music legends who still inspire him today.

“I’ve got this new album out, and it’s our second single off of the album,” Shelton says on The Bobby Bones Show. “I’ve got this thing where, I can’t get past some of those old Alabama records, and I’m quite a bit of a copycat sometimes when I’m making my records. ‘Cause I always want to end up putting something on my records that’s like something my heroes did.

“And for me, that always goes back to Travis Tritt or Alabama or Earl Thomas Conley or Mark Collie, some of these people,” he continues. “I come up with these records that I think, ‘Oh, they would have done that.’  And ‘Stay Country or Die Tryin” is a little bit of that, especially the intro of the song. I always think, I imagine that I was in Alabama when that song comes on.”
