Brad Paisley just performed a notoriously difficult song, and he did it with ease. The Grand Ole Opry member sang the national anthem for Game 3 of the World Series, with the Toronto Blue Jays against the Los Angeles Dodgers.
The Dodgers beat the Blue Jays, with a final score of 6 to 5. The two teams will continue their fight for the championship tonight, at 7:00 PM CT. Tinashe will perform “The Star-Spangled Banner.” The Dodgers currently lead in the series, 2 to 1.

Brad Paisley Announces New Album, ‘Snow Globe Town’
Paisley recently announced the release of a new Christmas album, Snow Globe Town. The record will be available on November 7. Snow Globe Town includes eight new holiday songs, written by Paisley, along with eight holiday classics. Paisley had the idea to create Snow Globe Town after writing music for the original Hallmark movie, A Grand Ole Opry Christmas.
“I had so much inspiration writing songs for Hallmark’s A Grand Ole Opry Christmas movie,” Paisley says. “It sparked a real creative energy that was honestly hard to stop, so we made an entire album.”
A complete track list for Snow Globe Town has yet to be released. Two songs from the record, both “Leave The Christmas Lights On” and “Counting Down The Days,” are available now. The latter, written by Paisley and Chris DuBois, was the official anthem of Hallmark‘s 16th annual Countdown to Christmas programming event, which took place on Friday, October 17.
Nikki DeLoach and Kristoffer Polaha star in A Grand Ole Opry Christmas. The TV movie will premiere on Thanksgiving weekend. The film will first air on Saturday, November 28, at 8:00 PM ET on the Hallmark channel, streaming the next day on Hallmark+.
Paisley appears in A Grand Ole Opry Christmas, alongside several other country stars.
“The Hallmark channel to me is a major part of finding the joy and the spirit of the holidays,” said Paisley. “We turn it on and leave it on in our house like Christmas tree lights or decorations. It’s a major part of the atmosphere for us. I loved the challenge of creating that same magic with this music by letting it take you to the same place that these movies and this world Hallmark has built. Can’t wait for you to hear what all we’ve done. Also, knowing the Opry is the setting for one of these movies is very inspiring.”
Paisley wrapped up the United States leg of his Truck Still Works Tour earlier this year. He will kick off the Canadian leg on November 4. See a list of dates below. Pre-order Snow Globe Town at BradPaisley.com.
