Ella Langley is postponing several shows, due to illness. The 26-year-old shares the disappointing news on social media.
“I’m so sad to be posting this,” Langley says. “The past several weeks have been tough. I’ve been fighting sickness and feeling more run down than ever. After a lot of thought, I’ve made the hard decision to take a couple of weeks to rest and focus on my health — mind, body and heart. I want to be fully present for all the moments ahead and I know I can’t do that without first taking care of myself.
“Sometimes we have to listen when our bodies and hearts are telling us to slow down,” she continues. “I’m so grateful for your understanding and your love – it truly means the world to me.”
The singer also adds a Bible verse, Matthew 11:28, to her message. The verse says, “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.”

Langley also reveals that she is canceling seven dates on the road in August. The first two dates are with Morgan Wallen, on his I’m the Problem Tour, and the last four are with Riley Green, on his Damn Country Music Tour. The August 19 date was a benefit Langley was headlining at The Listening Room.

Aug. 21 – Bonner, Montana
Aug. 22 – Idaho Falls, Idaho
Aug. 23 – Nampa, Idaho
Aug. 25 – Morrison, Colorado
“I’ll be back on the road in September, ready to give you my all,” Langley concludes.
Currently, Langley’s next scheduled show is on September 6 in Madison, Illinois.
Ella Langley’s Live Shows
Langley is already making a name for herself in her live shows. The recent five-time ACM Awards winner reveals the one thing she will never, ever do during one of her concerts: autotune her vocals.
“That’s something that I’m never going to do. I don’t want to do that,” Langley says on The Bobby Bones Show (via Country Now). For Langley, it’s a matter of principle.
“I think it is just something to just being honest out there,” explains the 26-year-old. “Sometimes I’m going to forget some lyrics, and there’s sometimes my voice is pitchier than others. I’m out of breath. But that’s just the live show that’s coming to the show, where I’m running around on stage performing a song. Or we’re standing still, or I’m emotional, or there’s wind, or who knows? But that’s kind of what’s fun about seeing an artist live, is you get the imperfections. You get to see them as who they are as an artist, not just, here’s perfect.”
Ella Langley’s Two Songs At Radio
Langley has not one but two songs at radio right now. She and Green have another duet, “Don’t Mind If I Do,” which Green just released. Langley also dropped “Never Met Anyone Like You,” which she penned with HARDY. The latter is from her next album, which she says will be out next year.
“My next record’s not gonna be out until 2026,” Langley tells Audacy. “I feel like people move on from their records so fast. They’re like, ‘Here’s a whole record of 20-something songs, and then we’re gonna give you one single off of it and then move on to the next record.’ And I think there’s something to be said with taking your time with making the record, and putting all those pieces in place where it can last a long time, last in a way where fans can keep digging into it and digging into it, and finding new songs that they love, and finding new little pieces about the record that’s different.”
Langley recently had a No. 1 hit with “Weren’t For the Wind,” Find all of Langley’s music and upcoming shows at EllaLangley.com.
