Star Search began in 1983. Hosted by Ed McMahon, the show is credited with helping launch the careers of Beyoncé, Justin Timberlake, Christina Aguilera, Britney Spears, Dave Chappelle, and Adam Sandler, among others.

The show will allow contestants to compete in a variety of categories, including music, dance, variety, comedy, magic, and junior.

Jelly Roll Begins 2026 With a Focus On His Health

Jelly Roll is beginning 2026 as the healthiest version of himself that he has ever been. The 41-year-old is on the current cover of Men’s Health, a goal he set for himself in 2024.

“I started treating my food addiction like what it was: an addiction,” Jelly Roll tells the outlet. “Why did I treat cocaine a certain way? I went to meetings for cocaine and found a sponsor and detoxed off of it … went through real hard life-changing emotional choices to get off cocaine and codeine.

“I didn’t look at the food addiction different,” he adds. “Once I started treating food like an addiction, it started changing everything for me. When I started really looking at the source of why I was eating. What was I eating for?”
