Lauren Alaina Praises Rascal Flatts As Life Is A Highway Tour Concludes

Lauren Alaina is so thankful for her time on the road with Rascal Flatts. The 2026 leg of their Life Is A Highway Tour, which included both Alaina and Chris Lane, concluded over the weekend, leaving Alaina full of gratitude that she was able to tour with the award-winning trio.

Alaina previously joined Rascal Flatts on their 2025 Life Is A Highway Tour, marking their first tour since reuniting after their 2020 split.

“Back home in Nashville today thinking back on how blessed I feel to have been part of the Life Is A Highway Tour,” Alaina writes on social media. “There were so many memories and friendships made over the last year that will last a lifetime. Thank you Rascal Flatts for having me out on BOTH legs of this tour and for letting me share this moment with you.

“Thank you to every member of the band and crew that worked tirelessly to make this tour possible,” she adds. “And thank YOU ALL for showing up and singing along with us every night. Chris Lane, how lucky are we?! I love you all.”

Both Alaina and Lane were reportedly gifted new cars by Rascal Flatts as a farewell gift on the Life Is A Highway Tour.

Lauren Alaina Speaks Out Against Body Shamers

Alaina recently took to social media for another reason: to speak out against body shamers. Alaina shared a video on social media, calling out those who leave negative comments about a woman’s body.

“I am literally so mad right now, I’m seething. … We’ve got to change the way we’re talking about women on social media,” Alaina begins. “A few weeks ago, I saw a TikTok of me up on stage, singing. And all the comments were about my weight. I’m eight and a half months post-partum, by the way. People were saying that my tour needed to be sponsored by Ozempic, and just horrible things. And it really affected me. I am in recovery from an eating disorder that I battled for a very long time. This has really upset me. And I know better, and I’m fine, but I’m also just ticked.”

The American Idol alum also shared how she saw another young female artist being criticized for her body, before talking about her own daughter, Beni Doll, who is her biggest inspiraiton for speaking out.

“I have an eight-month-old daughter, and we can’t talk about women this way,” Alaina says. “This is bull crap. And if you are a woman out there, and people are commenting on your body and saying this, myself included, we got to ignore that, and we all need to be better. This is crazy.”

Alaina captions the post by saying, “We need to retire the obsession with women’s bodies. If you care about the music…talk about the music. If you don’t…. well, that’s fine too. But this culture of speculating about women’s bodies? It’s tired. Do better.”
