Trisha Yearwood has more music, and a new tour, coming in 2026. Yearwood just announced the release of The Mirror (Deluxe) on January 23, 2026. The new project, an extension of her latest The Mirror album, released in July, includes four new tracks: “You’re Gonna Love It Here,” “Different Kind of Hard,” “Undone,” “Country Music HerStory,” plus a bonus track, “Put It In A Song.”
“When we recorded The Mirror, I had such a hard time narrowing it down. I’d co-written so many songs for this project, and I just didn’t want any of them to get lost,” Yearwood says. “This whole writing portal opened for me, and these songs were too important to leave behind. The deluxe really feels like an extension of the album; every track could have lived on the original record because they’re all part of the same story.”
In addition to new music, Yearwood will hit the road again next year on her The Mirror Tour: An Intimate Acoustic Evening of Stories and Songs. She will be joined by fellow singer-songwriters Leslie Satcher and Bridgette Tatum.
“The Mirror Tour is really about bringing these songs to life in the way they were written, with just a guitar and a story. It’s intimate and stripped down, which is how I love to share music,” Yearwood added. “I can’t wait for folks to hear The Mirror in this setting, alongside the songs that have been part of my career all along. It’s going to be a fun way to share this chapter.”

What Trisha Yeawood Says About ‘The Mirror’
The Mirror was indeed a brand-new musical chapter for Yearwood, who wrote the songs on the record for the first time.
“When I was 19 years old, someone told me I wasn’t a songwriter, and I let that be the truth for a very long time,” Yearwood said when the record was released. “But at some point in the past few years, something shifted and I started writing and then just never stopped. You’d think that after all this time, I’d have nothing new to share, but now I feel like I’m on a whole new adventure.”
It was Satcher who first suggested Yearwood write some of her own music. Hesitant at first, Yearwood commited to trying her hand at songwriting, and quickly fell in love with it.
“She’s like, ‘Girl, every time we get together, I think you’ve got something to say,’” Yearwood tells CMT. “So, I finally said, ‘Okay, I’ll do this with you, but I’m really nervous.’”
Trisha Yearwood’s New Holiday Album, ‘Christmastime’
The Mirror isn’t the only new music Yearwood released in 2025. She also released Christmastime, 12 songs including “Christmas Time is Here”, “My Favorite Things”, “You’re a Mean One, Mr. Grinch,” and a duet with her husband, Garth Brooks, on “Merry Christmas, Valentine.” She is currently headlining her Christmastime With Trisha Yearwood: 12 Days of Christmas Tour, backed by a symphony, which wraps up on December 20.
“Christmas has always been one of my favorite times of year, and these songs mean so much to me,” said Yearwood. “To be able to perform them with a full symphony brings the magic to another level. I can’t wait to share this music and celebrate the season with fans on tour.”
