Kyler Fisher Releases ‘A Little Like Me’ Video After Birth of Son, Oliver [EXCLUSIVE]

Social media superstar Kyler Fisher just released an emotional new video, “A Little Like Me,” showing off his newborn son, Oliver. The song, which was inspired by finding out his wife was pregnant with a boy after having three daughters, started out as a tribute to Kyler’s father, before he realized he was writing about his son instead.

“We just were hanging out in my garage one day, and I said that it would be nice to write a song about my son coming,” Kyler told Everything Nash, speaking of “A Little Like Me,” which he wrote with Riley Thomas and Conor Matthews. “I didn’t even have it on my radar, but we got writing and it just turned out to be a beautiful little tribute to him.

“Sometimes you start something, you don’t expect it to turn out like this. It wasn’t something that I had really planned,” he continued. “I actually had planned to write a song about my father who passed away four years ago, and then it turned into a song about my son instead. But it turned out a lot better than I thought it was gonna turn out. I’m just really, really thrilled.”

The video shows Kyler and his wife, Madison, in the moments right after Oliver was born on August 6.  Kyler and Madison, along with the couple’s three little girls and now son are all part of the popular The Fishfam YouTube channel, with more than four million subscribers, so sharing the details of the baby’s arrival was an easy decision for them.

“She’s always game,” Kyler boasted about his wife. “We’ve created a pretty decent YouTube career, so we’re pretty game for whatever type of videos. She’s always game to be a part of it. I almost had to have Madison be a part of the video. I wanted her to have that element of it being a really special thing to be pregnant. It is a really special thing to be pregnant, and she’s been pregnant with three girls. It was her first boy. It’s just as important for her as it is for me. We had this little baby boy and we’re both just as thrilled.

“Not to mention, we get better views and better interaction with our stuff when Madison in anything,” he added with a laugh. “Let’s be honest.”
