Maddie & Tae is gaining another member! Maddie Font announces she and her husband, Jonah, are expecting their first child together, a boy, this fall. Font announced the news on social media.
“Baby BOY Font coming this September!” Font writes. “Jonah & I are over the moon and feel so blessed we get to be this little man’s parents.”

Font reveals that the couple found out they were going to be parents at the start of the year, but waited until now to share the good news.
“We found out in early January that we were expecting. I surprised Jonah with a little card and the positive tests once he came home from work,” Font tells People.
The couple wed in 2019, after dating for eight years.
“We are so excited to become parents! We’ve always wanted babies, so it is surreal that this chapter is beginning for us,” Font gushes. “We feel so grateful that God chose us to be this sweet little boy’s parents!”
Perhaps ironically, it was Tae Kerr, who welcomed her first baby in January of 2022, who first predicted that Font was pregnant.
“Oddly enough, my duo partner, Tae, had a feeling I was pregnant before I even knew!” Font shares.
Font and Jonah dated for eight years before they got married. The two began dating when the singer was a sophomore in high school, with Jonah gifting her with a promise ring when she was just 17 years old.
“When one is falling short, the other steps up and vice versa,” Font previously said of their relationship. “We forgive fully. We don’t hold our mistakes against each other. We figure out what needs improvement, move on and try to love each other better the next day. Being vulnerable is also very important for us. When we fight or argue we try to avoid attacking, take a breath and say, ‘My feelings are hurt because….’ Pre-marital counseling really helped strengthen the foundation we already laid down.”
