Miranda Lambert is on a musical roll. Less than a week after the release of her 12-track Crisco album, the Texan announces the release of another record. Songline will be out on November 13, followed by a film of the same name, which will be available on November 20.
On October 7, Amazon Music debuted Songline Live, Lambert’s performance at The Truth, Nashville’s newest music venue. Lambert performed with a 12-piece string section for the show. The Songline record is Lambert’s live performance from The Truth, with the film documenting Lambert’s concert experience.
Songline includes some of Lambert’s biggest hits, including “Kerosene,” “Only Prettier,” “Fastest Girl in Town” and “White Liar,” among others. The singer-songwriter also performed several songs from Crisco.

What Miranda Lambert Says About Her ‘Crisco’ Album
Lambert celebrates what she loves about country music with Crisco, using the record to honor her musical heroes.
“[Producer] Telemitry and I were talking about how country music has an incredible archive of music to pull from,” Lambert shares, “and how it’d be fun to dive into a side of it that I haven’t really explored before…the time period when Patsy Cline, Tammy Wynette, Glen Campbell, and of course Kenny & Dolly graced the airwaves. The result of that was Crisco. I hope you have as much fun listening as we had making it. Thanks for going on this country disco journey with me.”
When Lambert announced the release of Crisco, her 11th studio album, she said the project was her way of shining a light on what she loves about country music.
“I’ve always loved every corner of country music,” Lambert said at the time. “The heartbreak songs, the honky-tonk songs, the songs that make you think, and the songs that make you dance. Making this record reminded me that those things don’t have to be separated. We followed the songs wherever they wanted to go, trusted our instincts and ended up with something that feels really fun and really honest to who I am.”
Lambert’s performance at The Truth is available to watch on Amazon Music.
