Vince Gill and Amy Grant Announce 2021 Return for ‘Christmas at the Ryman’

Vince Gill and Amy Grant will not perform their annual Christmas at the Ryman residency this year, due to the coronavirus pandemic, but they are already making plans for 2021. The 12-show residency will begin on Monday, December 13 and run through Wednesday, December 22, with afternoon matinees offered for shows on December 18 through December 22.

“None of us could have ever predicted a year like this one and the holidays are going to look a lot different because of it,” Amy said in a statement. “While Vince and I are disappointed we can’t be with you all this year, we are thrilled to be able to return to Ryman Auditorium for the holidays in 2021. It is such a special time of year for us and our family, and these shows have become a holiday tradition for us!”

Vince and Amy may not be performing at the Ryman Auditorium this year, but there are still several holiday shows planned, with both in-person and virtual options available, for the rest of the year. For KING & COUNTRY will perform as part of their A Drummer Boy Live: 2020 Christmas Tour on November 29, while Clint Black and Lisa Hartman Black will perform on December 2.

Michael W. Smith will also perform a Christmas show on Friday, December 18, and Home Free will round out the holiday programs at the Ryman with a performance on Monday, December 21.

Tickets for Vince and Amy’s Christmas at the Ryman will be available beginning on Friday, November 27. See a list of shows below. Find more information on all of the upcoming shows at Ryman.com.
