Reba McEntire is getting rid of a lot of her wardrobe and other items from her country music career, which will soon be available to the public. On October 23, Julien’s Auctions will be auctioning off some of McEntire’s clothing items, including gowns she wore for the CMA and ACM Awards, items from both The Voice and Reba, and more.
Even better, proceeds from McEntire’s auction will go to her The Reba McEntire Fund, which supports various charitable projects throughout the United States.
“I’m a third-generation rodeo brat,” McEntire says in a video shared on social media. “I grew up in jeans and boots and all hand-me-downs. When you put on a shiny outfit, you just feel better. You just feel more special. It just elevates the attitude, elevates the confidence, and that’s why I like to wear sparkly, shiny stuff.”
The Country Music Hall of Fame member praises the people who have held on to so much memorabilia since her career began in 1976, with the release of her first single, even if she is now ready to pass them on to others.
“After 50 years, to have all the clothes, and my team has taken such great care of them,” McEntire maintains. “And so, now it’s time for them to move on to someplace else, to find a new home. They’ll have the story, they’ll have the outfit, and they’ll know that I did wear them.”

Reba McEntire Gives An Update On Her Wedding to Rex Linn
McEntire and Rex Linn have been dating since 2020, and engaged for almost two years. Still, both McEntire and Linn, who currently star in Happy’s Place together, are not in a hurry to have the ceremony.
“We’re just waiting until we have an open spot to have the wedding,” McEntire tells E! News. “Get it planned. Print those invitations.”
However, when they are ready to say “I do,” McEntire knows exactly what she wants for the celebration.
“We’re going to have to have dogs there,” McEntire reveals to Extra TV. “I have two granddogs, Watson and Belle, so they may be the ring bearers or something like that. But we have to have our animals in there. We’ve got longhorns and donkeys, horses, and everything there at the place, cats. We have a lot of fun with them.”
