Terri Clark Announces Christmas Album With Vince Gill, Dierks Bentley and More

It’s an early Christmas for Terri Clark fans. The Canadian singer just announced the release of her holiday album, It’s Christmas … Cheers!, marking her first release on Mercury Nashville, in 15 years. The record, which includes several of Terri’s favorite Christmas classics, features guest appearances by Vince Gill, Dierks Bentley, Ricky Skaggs, Pam Tillis, Suzy Bogguss, and the Oak Ridge Boys. The Time Jumpers also play on each of the 10 tracks on the project.

“I resisted making and releasing a Christmas album for many years even though I’m a big Christmas person and love the music of the season,” Terri shared in a statement. “It’s been done by the best in so many amazing ways and I wanted to wait until I felt I could make it special, be excited about it, and do it justice in my own way. Having The Time Jumpers to collaborate with and the wonderful guest artists featured – it did just that. I am eager for everyone to hear the record that was almost 2 years in the making but took 25 years to get around to.”

Terri will release It’s Christmas … Cheers! on Mercury Nashville, which is the record label where Terri started her music career, releasing her first six albums with the company. Terri became a member of the Grand Ole Opry in 2004. In 2016, Terri launched the successful Country Gold with Terri Clark radio show, which can be heard on more than 170 radio stations in the United States and Canada.
