Luke Bryan‘s new album is out. Signs, his ninth studio record, was released on September 18. Signs includes “Country and She Knows It,” Bryan’s current Top 10 single.
“Thankful for all of the people who helped me make the album happen, from all the songwriters, my producers, label, management and the whole team,” Bryan writes on social media. “Thank you fans for allowing me to continue to release music and play shows for y’all. This career is still full of pinch me moments and fun times…my two favorite things. Appreciate y’all more than you know. I hope there’s a song for every one of you. Love y’all.”

What Luke Bryan Says About ‘Signs’
Bryan recently appeared on TalkShopLive to talk about Signs, which comes 19 years after his debut I’ll Stay Me project was released in 2007.
“Every album has its own little things that happen throughout the making of it that you look back, and you’re like, ‘Wow,’” Bryan explains on TalkShopLive. “They all come together very, very differently, at different times. I’ve got songs on this album that we’ve had literally on hold for years that I’m finally glad I got around to recording. And then we have some other fun stories about some of the songs on there.”
Bryan only wrote two of the 12 songs on Signs. Still, he is rightfully proud of all of them.
“I look at this album, I’ve got sad songs, the love songs, the heartbreak songs,” Bryan boasts. “I’ve got the good ol’ classic fun ones too. I think when you look at singling ‘Country and She Knows It’ right off the bat, it’s kind of what my bread is buttered, singing songs that girls just want to get out and dance to.”
The 50-year-old has written plenty of his own songs. But the writer matters little to him, compared to just making the best record he can possibly make.
“We just try to go pick the best songs that we can, and kind of find them as we go, write them as we go,” Bryan says. “What’s always fun is, in the last, in the bottom of the ninth inning, some songs show up that we didn’t expect, too.”
