A new album is coming from Luke Bryan! The country music superstar announces the release of Signs, out on September 18.
Bryan shared the good news during the American Idol finale, where he also performed a new song, “Fish Hunt Golf Drink.”
“It is always a great day when I get the chance to release new music,” Bryan says. “I’ve been working on this album for the past year, and I just love how it turned out. I was able to co-write a few, then turn to the writers in Nashville to round them out. I feel like my fans have always let me record songs that make you feel good, so I went into this album wanting everyone to just have fun.”
In a video on social media, Bryan shares more about Signs.
“Some signs point you home, and some show you who you are. Some songs make you laugh; some hit you in the chest. But every one of them is honest. These are my signs,” Bryan says.
“This record is a little bit of everything that shaped me,” he continues. “It’s heartbreak, it’s healing, backroads, and barstools. It’s the signs you miss and the ones you can’t ignore. It’s the nights that went wrong, and the ones you wish you could live again. It’s where I come from, the woods, the fields, the people, and how love lost, in time, have a way of straightening you out, or crooking your rows of corn for good. These are my signs.”

Luke Bryan’s Current Single, “Country and She Knows It”
Bryan has a Top 25 single with “Country and She Knows It.” The song, written by Josh Miller, Parker Welling, and Matt Dragstrem, is the first single from Signs.
“‘Country and She Knows It’ is just about fun,” Bryan says. “It’s about telling stories of girls that are just in their element, being themselves, and how us guys get wrapped up in it. And I just think it’s a great song to kick the summer off and see everybody out there dancing, especially the country girls.”
Bryan intentionally released “Country and She Knows It” ahead of his busy touring schedule, which includes both headlining his own shows, and his co-headlining stadium tour with Jason Aldean.
“As I gear up for touring season and summer, I really wanted to focus on releasing a song that felt fun and energetic, and the moment the writers sent this one, I knew it was it,” Bryan says. “I have always tried to have the mindset to wake up and approach every day as a good day. So being able to share that way of life through my music is something I am honestly grateful for. Can’t wait to look out and see the crowds out of their seat, and bonus if a little dancing is going on.”
Signs is available for pre-order now.
