Kay is continuing her overseas tour with two more sold-out shows on Wednesday, February 28, in Manchester, England, and Thursday, February 29 in Glasgow, Scotland. She also has shows scheduled in Germany, and will perform at C2C in both Netherlands and Germany.

Kay also has several headlining shows booked in the United States, before she heads out later this year as the opening act on Jelly Roll‘s Beautifully Broken Tour, which kicks off on August 27 in Salt Lake City, Utah.

“Jelly is so awesome, and being around him is so inspiring for me,” Kay said in a video posted on social media. “I just feel like I learn so much every time I’m around him, so the fact that I get to be with him this whole tour is really cool. It’s gonna be amazing.”

Kay previously praised the “Save Me” singer, after opening for him at the North Dakota State Fair last summer.

“In the midst of his sky rocket to the top he is always reaching out a hand to someone who looks up to him,” Kay shared after her performance. “Last night, and many times before… that hand was extended to me. The words he spoke of me and my career on the stage last night will stay with me forever.. and the opportunity to perform in front of his loyal and dedicated fan base was an absolute honor. Thank you Jelly Roll and ND State Fair for having me!”

Kay’s debut album, All I’ve Ever Known, came out in October

“Having All I’ve Ever Known finally out in the world feels like a sigh of relief,” Kay said when the record was released. “The process of creating this album top to bottom has been so therapeutic for me, and I hope that these songs can be a source of solace for those who need them, too.”

All I’ve Ever Known debuted at the top of the iTunes chart when it was released, and landed at No. 4 on the all-genre albums chart. Although that is an impressive accomplishment, the Illinois native predicts even bigger things — specifically, a Grammy Awards nomination — in her future.

“Y’all give me two years… two years and I’ll be on that stage,” Kay wrote on social media. “I can feel it..and I will work my butt off for it.”
