Luke Bryan’s Crash My Playa Includes Lionel Richie, Chris Stapleton + More

Luke Bryan just announced the lineup for his 2023 Crash My Playa, and it features a few returning guests, plus some first-timers. Bryan’s fellow American Idol judge, and upcoming Rock and Roll Hall of Fame member Lionel Richie will serve as the event’s special guest, marking his debut at the Caribbean music event.

Chris Stapleton and Cole Swindell will both return as headliners, with Bryan also headlining two nights. Other performers include Carly Pearce, Ashley McBryde, Brian Kelley, Chase Rice and Dylan Scott. Dustin Lynch will also return again for his popular pool party, with more artists expected to be announced in the near future.

“Oh my gosh this lineup!” Bryan says. “Some dear friends and new friends but regardless, what an amazing treat for the fans. Everybody rest up and get ready for these four beachside hangs.”

Before Bryan gets ready for Crash My Playa, the “Country On” singer needs to get ready for the 2022 CMA Awards, which he will host alongside NFL star Peyton Manning.

“Being a part of such a historical night that honors my peers and country music is such a privilege,” says Bryan. “When I was asked if Peyton Manning was someone I would consider co-hosting with I didn’t hesitate. We have become great friends through the years and what he brings to the table is gonna make it even more of a blast. I know he’s been to the CMA Awards before, but he’s never been with me. Hey Peyton, I hope you’re ready for the night of your life!”

Bryan has been nominated for a total of 18 CMA trophies, winning twice, for Entertainer of the Year in 2014 and 2015. He is nominated for one award this year, for Single of the Year for his “Buy Dirt” collaboration with Jordan Davis.

The 2022 CMA Awards will air live from Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena on Wednesday, November 9, at 8:00 PM ET on ABC.

Crash My Playa will be held January 19 to 22 at Moon Palace Cancún. A limited number of all-inclusive event packages will be available to the general public beginning on Tuesday, September 13, at 1:00 PM ET. Find more information at CrashMyPlaya.com.
