Nashville’s Popular Etch Restaurant Announces Second Location

For several years, Etch has been one of Nashville’s most popular downtown restaurants, and now guests will soon have another location to visit. The upscale eatery, owned by renowned chef Deb Paquette, will open a second location later this year, this one at The Factory in Franklin.

“This is a proud moment for me and all that my team has achieved. The team’s commitment to culture, creativity and consistency — example being the longstanding favorite roasted cauliflower dish — has allowed us to be tightly embraced in Nashville for more than a decade,” Paquette told the Nashville Business Journal (via Williamson Source).

Paquette is eager to bring Etch’s food to Franklin, putting a unique spin on the excellent food that customers already expect from Etch’s original location.

“Guests can expect to see a chef’s counter … plus a great outdoor space for enjoying a cocktail on the patio,” Paquette tells Style Blueprint. “I have my A-team ready, and we are already in the planning stages of menu development. Jess, my Chef de Cuisine, and I will be designing the menu around our globally-inspired food. Megan, our Executive Pastry Chef, will be throwing down some fabulous sweets. And let’s not forget the tasty cocktails and wines! We look forward to bringing all of this to Williamson County in the very near future.”

The new Etch joins Paquette’s growing list of eateries, which also includes etc. and Jasper’s. In all of her restaurants, Paquette’s goal remains the same: to create dishes that everyone can enjoy.

“This town has supported and appreciated me, and I want to give back,” Paquette says. “This is what I do, and I will always do this. I just want to make good food that everyone can enjoy.”

Other restaurants slated to open at The Factory include Edley’s, Two Hands, Otaku Ramen and Grays Fine Cheese. More information on The Factory can be found at TheFactoryatFranklin.com. Find more information on Etch by visiting their website.
