Watch Blake Shelton Help Gwen Stefani Make Her Grand Ole Opry Debut

Saturday night, May 9, marked a first for Blake Shelton and his longtime girlfriend, Gwen Stefani, when they sang together on the Grand Ole Opry. The pair performed “Nobody But You” remotely, from Blake’s Ole Red bar and restaurant in Tishomingo, Oklahoma, located not far from his ranch, where they have been self-isolating amid the coronavirus pandemic.

“Is this happening? Am I really on the Grand Ole Opry?” Gwen asked.

“I wanna say to you, as an Opry member, that I’m very honored to have you on this show,” Blake said before launching into their song. “Even though we’re doing the Oklahoma Ole Red Grand Ole Opry appearance, because of everything that’s going on, as soon as this is all over with, we’ve gotta get you to the Opry house in Nashville, and do this that way also.”

Blake and Gwen sang their multi-week No. 1 duet, “Nobody But You,” which is from Blake’s recent Fully Loaded: God’s Country album.

“I’m honored to know that this song is as important to fans as it is to Gwen and me,” Blake said of the song’s success. “It’s so wild to me every single time one of my songs goes to No. 1, and I know how special it is to hold that spot for more than one week when there are other incredible and important songs on the chart. I’d like to again thank Shane McAnally, Ross Copperman, Josh Osborne and Tommy Lee James for writing this song and Gwen for helping me make it come to life.”

The two were joined for the Opry performance, which marked its 4923rd consecutive Saturday night broadcast, by Trace Adkins and Dustin Lynch. The Grand Ole Opry’s Saturday performances will be available to watch via both Circle and Gray TV stations, DISH Studio Channel 102, Sling TV, among other options. Find more information at Opry.com.
