Home Free is heading back out on the road! The all-vocal group announces their 2024 Crazy(er) Life Tour, kicking off on March 27 in Stafford, Texas.
Home Free announced the news in an email to their loyal fans and on social media, explaining why there aren’t as many dates for this tour as in some of their previous ones.
“We’re now officially announcing a BRAND NEW TOUR!! Our Crazy(er) Life Tour begins March 2024 in Texas,” Home Free writes. “The last almost 10 years, we’ve been beating ourselves up trying to get to as many places as possible on tour. It’s taken a real toll on our physical and mental healths as well as those of our families. So that means that this year and going forward, we’re going to be touring a little bit less.
“It’s not a decision we take lightly, but it’s an important one to make sure we maintain our longevity as both humans and artists,” they continue. “What that means for you is that if you are ANYWHERE even relatively close to one of our tour stops, you should be doing everything you can to make it to that stop if you want to experience our music live. It’s unlikely we’ll be coming back to near each stop anytime soon.”
Home Free spent part of 2023 in Europe, finishing their 2020 tour that was cut short due to the pandemic.
“It was amazing,” Tim Foust told Everything Nash of their recent overseas tour. “It’s a different kind of party over there, honestly. They bring a whole new energy. And it was some shows that we were still making up from pre-pandemic actually. So it also feels good to be caught up.”
Home Free just released their latest album, AS SEEN ON TV. The ten-track record was released in celebration of the all-vocal group’s last decade in country music, ever since winning The Sing-Off in 2013.
“These days, our albums are mostly originals. But we release so much music, and we’re always releasing music videos on YouTube,” Foust explained. “So some of those end up being covers as well. ’cause we just love putting our spin on songs we love.”
Home Free is currently celebrating the Christmas season with their Home Free For The Holidays Tour. They will kick off 2024 by appearing on the Country Music Cruise.
