Home Free just performed on the 2024 Country Music Cruise, and are already eager to return in 2025. The five-man group is part of next year’s lineup, which includes Neal McCoy, John Michael Montgomery, Deana Carter, The Bellamy Brothers, Diamond Rio, The Isaacs, Jamie O’Neal and more.

“Mainly, as country music fans, we’ll do it every time,” Tim Foust told Everything Nash. “Especially seeing the rest of the folks who are going to be here. Diamond Rio — that’s an automatic yes if Diamond Rio is here. The whole lineup is incredible. And just to get to come out here and spend a week at sea and relax, and enjoy the food and music, it’s easy. This isn’t even work.”

Home Free will likely have new music out by the time next year’s Country Music Cruise sets sail. The all-vocal group revealed that they will release their Crazy(er) Life album this year, to coincide with their upcoming tour.

“As the name of the tour suggests, that goes hand-in-hand with an album, also called Crazy(er) Life,” Tim Foust shared. “Turns out, it’s another ten-year retrospective. We decided to do all-new recordings of all of the songs that we released on our first album after The Sing-Off.”

The Crazy(er) Life Tour kicks off on March 26 in Mount Pleasant, Texas. While they are eager to see their fans all over the country, the group does plan on touring less this year than they have in the past, a result of their time at home during the pandemic.

“Honestly, it was sort of a by-product of the forced time at home during COVID,” Foust said. “We’ve never been home that long, so we didn’t know what that was like. And after we got over the shock of it, we realized we kind of liked being at home, actually. And our families actually like us at home, too. So far. We’ll see. Maybe by 2026 we’ll be touring more again.”

Prior to the start of their Crazy(er) Life Tour, Home Free will perform two nights at the Grand Ole Opry, on March 20 and 22.

The 2025 Country Music Cruise will depart from Fort Lauderdale on January 19, and head to Key West, Cozumel and Costa Maya, returning on January 26.
