Luke Combs and his wife Nicole are officially parents of two! The couple announced, via a video on social media, that they had welcomed their second son, Beau Combs, into the world on August 15, keeping his arrival a secret until now. Beau joins the Combs’ first child, Tex, who is 14 months old.

Unfortunately, Combs was in Australia on his World Tour, when Beau made his arrival a few weeks early. The North Carolina native revealed before he left that they were still unsure what his name would be.
“It’s actually kind of getting down to the wire here because I’m going to tour in Australia here in about out a week,” Combs said last month on Audacy‘s Check In. “Going to be cutting it close with the due date on getting home, so we have to pick out a name in the next couple of days, in case the baby were to come while I’m gone.”
“We’re leaning more towards a family name,” he added, “but we’re open to anything too.”
Combs and Nicole announced in March that they were expecting their second child.

Although Combs misses out on some moments because of his superstar career, the 33-year-old loves everything about being a father, even if he isn’t always present.
“I think the thing that blew me away most was how much of a serotonin dump there is, just looking at a picture of him on my phone or getting a picture from my wife or a little video of my wife,” Combs said on SiriusXM’s The Highway. “It just makes my whole day. It can make you feel instantly amazing just seeing them in their little chair, bouncing around or whatever they are doing. It’s amazing, something so simple.
“It almost feels like in a way that I am a kid again, because there aren’t things when you’re 30 years old that are just so small of things that can make you so gratified and so happy,” he continued. “I think a child’s laughter or a smile from your kid, it just melts you.”
