The Judds Announce The Final Tour With Martina McBride

The Judds are hitting the road! The mother-daughter duo, made up of Naomi and Wynonna Judd, announce The Final Tour, a ten-city arena tour kicking off on September 30 in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Martina McBride will join The Judds on select dates.

“The fans have always been my family of choice,” Naomi says. “I love them dearly, so I’m chompin’ at the bit to belt out our hits and reconnect with them once again. The cherry on top is singing with my beloved, wild and extremely talented daughter… the best singer of any genre, Wynonna! She asked me if I was still going to twist, twirl and crack jokes. I answered, ‘Heck yeah! I’m too old to grow up now!'”

“What I’m looking forward to most is celebrating Judd music with the fans,” adds Wynonna. “Mom and I have had quite the journey over the last 38 years, and the fans have been with us through it all. This tour is a celebration for them!”

McBride also spoke out about the honor of joining them on tour on social media.

The Judds will perform “Love Can Build a Bridge” at the 2022 CMT Music Awards, airing on Monday, April 11, at 8:00 PM ET on CBS.

“This moment takes me back to 1983 when Mom and I first started,” Wynonna said of their upcoming performance. “We would get in the car and visit multiple radio stations a day. It kind of feels like I’ve hit the lottery. It is so surreal. John Lennon always said that he just wanted to be remembered, and now we’re truly part of history, or I should say HERstory. What an honor.”

The Judds will be inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame next month, along with Ray Charles, drummer Eddie Bayers and pedal steel guitarist, the late Pete Drake.
