Blake Shelton Announces New Ole Red Location

Blake Shelton‘s Ole Red franchise is continuing to grow. After the 45-year-old announced he was opening a second Ole Red in Nashville, Shelton just announced yet another Ole Red, this time in Las Vegas. The new restaurant, bar and music venue will be on the Las Vegas Strip, and is expected to be opened in 2023.

“I know what it’s like to be a young musician playing bars and small venues, never knowing what to expect,” Shelton says of Ole Red. “I’m proud that we’re building a network of places where artists can get the kind of exposure playing live that is so critical for growing their fan base. Having these locations for artists to play in different parts of the country is a dream come true.”

Shelton owns the Ole Red franchise with Ryman Hospitality Properties.

“Las Vegas is one of the most important leisure playgrounds on the planet with over 40 million tourists a year,” Colin Reed, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Ryman Hospitality Properties, says. “As we expand this brand into tourist and convention-focused markets, Las Vegas is a natural fit since many of its top feeder markets are home to high concentrations of country lifestyle consumers. We are excited to have the opportunity to develop a flagship Ole Red location on such a coveted piece of commercial real estate within the Caesars Entertainment empire where over 100,000 people walk by each day.”

Shelton just dropped the video for his latest single, “Come Back As A Country Boy.” The song was written by HARDY, Jordan Schmidt and Josh Thompson, and is from Shelton’s upcoming Body Language Deluxe album, out on December 3.

“I think this song is an anthem for everyday hardworking country people out there,” Shelton says. “We have so much pride in who we are and what we do that, if we ever died and got the chance to live life over again, we probably wouldn’t do it if we couldn’t be country.”

Ole Red Vegas will be located in front of Caesars Entertainment’s Bally’s Las Vegas at the Grand Bazaar Shops, on the southeast corner of Las Vegas Boulevard and Flamingo Road. Other Ole Red locations include Gatlinburg, Tennessee; Tishomingo, Oklahoma: and Orlando, Florida.
