Chris Young Announces Famous Friends Tour 2021 With Mitchell Tenpenny

Chris Young is staying on the road for the remainder of 2021. The country music hitmaker just announced his Famous Friends Tour 2021, with Mitchell Tenpenny and Callista Clark joining him on the road.

“Everybody’s been asking me when’s the tour announce – well now you have your answer and I couldn’t be more excited about it,” Young says. “I’m pumped to be able to share some of this new music on tour!”

Tenpenny joins Young on “At the End of a Bar,” from Young’s upcoming Famous Friends album, out on August 6. The record marks Young’s first in four years, since the 2017 release of Losing Sleep.

“I know I’ve said it before, but I honestly can’t say it enough – I am so excited to be releasing my new album,” Young says of Famous Friends. “There are so many incredibly talented artists, songwriters and producers – all friends of mine – who helped make this album possible. Having friends share their talents as collaborators, songwriters, producers and more, it’s only natural to call the album ‘Famous Friends.’”

Famous Friends has 14 songs on the record, including “Raised on Country,” “Drowning” and “Break Like You Do.”

Famous Friends also includes a collaboration with Lauren Alaina, on “Town Ain’t Big Enough, as well as Kane Brown on the title track. See a list of tour dates below. Tickets will be available beginning August 6. Find tour dates, and pre-order Famous Friends at ChrisYoungCountry.com.
